Ms. Shuwana Dixon

Ms. Shuwana Dixon, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Memorial services were held on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at Dixon Grove COGIC.

She was born September 3, 1976 to the parentage of Mr. Lonzie Lee Dixon and Mrs. Wyomie Temple Dixon.

She moved to Atlanta at an early age and graduated from Crim High School. She attended Liberty Baptist Church. Shuwana was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, niece, cousin and friend. She was always the life of the party.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Ms. Shadaria Ferguson and a granddaughter Miss Heavan Thompson.

Ms. Dixon is survived by five daughters: Ms. Conesha Dixon, Miss Amia Dixon, Miss Destiny Dixon, Miss Ayanna Dixon, Miss Kimora Dixon, Atlanta, Georgia. Four sons: Mr. Shadricus Dixon, Mr. Travodius Dixon, Mr. Sanquavius Dixon, Mr. Quandarius Dixon, Atlanta, Georgia. Mother: Mrs. Wyomie Temple Dixon. Father: Mr. Lonzie (Louise) Dixon, Decatur, Georgia. Grandmother: Ms. Willie Kate Dixon. Five aunts: Ms. Sadie Jones, Ms. Pearline Phillips, Tennille, Georgia, Ms. Janice Temple, Ms. Dorothy Blocker, Sandersville, Georgia,Ms. Gloria Irwin, Harrison, Georgia. Two uncles: Mr. Raymond Johnson, Tampa, Florida, Mr. Ralph Dixon, Harrison, Georgia; several other relatives and friends. M.C. Smith Funeral Home in charge.
