Mrs. Shirley Williams

Mrs. Shirley Williams, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Camp Spring Baptist Church with Rev. Darrell Mitchell officiating. Interment was held in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of service.

Mrs. Williams was born on October 16, 1958 in Sandersville, GA to the parentage of Mrs. Christine Jordan and the late Mr. Valine Jordan.

She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Camp Spring Baptist Church. She attended the public schools of Washington County graduating with the class of 1976.

In 1978, she was united in holy matrimony to the late Mr. Eddie Lee (Snake) Williams. She enjoyed shopping, working in puzzle books and talking on the telephone.

Mrs. Williams leaves to cherish her memories two daughters: Ms. Karlecia Williams, Sandersville, GA, Mrs. Michelle (Jacori) Livingston, McDonough, GA; one grandson whom she loved dearly: Master Chase Armstrong, McDonough, GA; mother: Mrs. Christine Jordan, Sandersville, GA; sister Mrs. Ella Pearl Hilson, Sandersville, GA; four brothers: Mr. Sammie Jordan, Mr. Clifford Jordan, Sandersville, GA Mr. Charlie Brown, Tennille, GA, Mr. Rick (Kristin) Jordan, Waldorf, MD; two aunts: Mrs. Lena M. Martin, Mrs. Cora M. Jordan, Sandersville, GA; devoted niece: Ms. Tracey Jordan, Sandersville, GA; devoted nephews: Mr. Rustavius Brown, Sandersville, GA, Mr. David Brown, Jr., Jacksonville, NC, Mr. Sammie Davis, Tennille, GA; devoted cousin: Ms. Zora Lee Braswell, Sandersville, GA; a host of other relatives and friends.
