Ms. Debra Fowler
Ms. Debra Fowler passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2018 at Washington County Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 10:00 A.M at M.C. Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marque Harden officiating. Interment was held in Union Hill Baptist Church cemetery.
Ms. Fowler was born on August 30, 1954 to the parentage of the late Mr. William George Fowler, Sr. and the late Mrs. Dorothy Spikes Fowler.
She was raised in Dayton, Ohio. She graduated from high school in Dayton and attended some college where she received many honors. Debra had great artistic and communication skills. She could sketch pictures of anything and could paint and decorate beautiful gourds.
Debra liked meeting people. If you took the time to get to know her, most of the time you would realize that she was very intelligent. She lived at the Tennille Retirement Home. The staff was devoted to her and showered her with love and attention. Many people who would visit their family members at Tennille Retirement Home would admire and purchase the things that Debra had made.
Ms. Fowler leaves to mourn her passing, one brother: Mr. George (Gayle) Fowler, Jr., Dayton OH; one nephew: Mr. A.J. Fowler, Dayton, OH; two aunts: Ms. Lillie P. Spikes, Sandersville, GA, Ms. Lorine Spikes, Tennille, GA; one uncle: Mr. Otis (Samilla) Spikes, Hansbury, NJ; Tennille Retirement Administrators: Ms. Teresa Moore, Ms. Cindy Ward; a host of other relatives and friends that were devoted to her.
