Elder Elizabeth J. "Liz" Mason

Elder Elizabeth H. Mason, affectionately known as "Liz," formerly of Sandersville, Georgia, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024 in Petersburg, Virginia. Interment services were held on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at Union Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Elder Mason is survived locally by her siblings: Mr. Alvin (Brenda) Johnson, Mr. Melvin (Lavern) Johnson, Sandersville, Georgia, Ms. Mary Ann Johnson, Ms. Thelma Jean Johnson, Tennille, Georgia; a host of other relatives and friends. M. C. Smith Funeral Home in charge.
