Mr. Charlie Riddle, Jr.

Mr. Charlie Riddle, Jr., passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at his residence. Funeral services were held on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Camp Spring Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Ray Sampson officiating. Interment was held in the church cemetery.

Mr. Riddle was born on July 10, 1965 to the parentage of Mrs. Gloryous Riddle and the late Mr. Charlie Lee Riddle, Sr.

He graduated from Washington County High School in the Class of 1983. He was employed by Evans Adhesive.

Mr. Riddle was a humble man who enjoyed spending time with family, watching sports and telling jokes. We remember him saying “that’s mandatory,” “I love you” and “bye bye.” Those quotes will forever be in our hearts. His spirit and sense of humor will truly be missed.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Mr. Calvin Riddle.

 Mr. Riddle leaves to cherish his precious memories, a daughter: Ms. Shanika Riddle, Sandersville, Georgia; son: Mr. Quentin K. Riddle, Sandersville, Georgia; mother: Mrs. Gloryous Riddle; two sisters: Ms. Vanessa Riddle, Davisboro, Georgia, Ms. Charlene Lewis, Sandersville, Georgia; eight brothers: Mr. Ferry (Lynn) Braddy, Statesboro, Georgia, Mr. Dennis (Jackie) Riddle, Davisboro, Georgia, Mr. Charlie (Debra) Gilbert, Mr. Tom (Michi) Riddle, Sandersville, Georgia Mr. Danny Riddle, Riddleville, Georgia, Mr. Tracey (Wylee) Riddle, Fort Mills, South Carolina, Mr. Anthony riddle, Mr. Bruce Riddle, Riddleville, Georgia; four aunts: Ms. Hattie Pearl Johnson, Mrs. Mary     Rollins, Davisboro, Georgia, Mrs. Joye (Stanley) Pitts, Mrs. Curlene (Walter, Sr.) Devan, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; three uncles: Mr. Freeman (Annie Laura) Riddle, Davisboro, Georgia, Mr. Doris (Mary Ann) Braddy, Mr. Freddie Hall, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; god sister: Mrs. Katherine Irwin, Harrison, Georgia; devoted companion: Ms. Mary Griner, Sandersville, Georgia; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
