Mr. Cornelius Hicks

Mr. Cornelius Hicks, affectionately known as "Neal", passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022 at AU Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. Funeral services were held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 at 3:00 PM at New Birth Christian Ministries with Senior Pastor Patrick Wilson officiating.

He was born on December 18, 1969 to the parentage of the late Mr. Willie Hicks and the late Ms. Helen Carlyle.

Mr. Hicks graduated from the Washington County Public School System. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Howard Sheppard, Inc., was the founding owner of Hicks Trucking Company and was an active member of New Birth Christian Ministries.

Neal was a University of Georgia Bulldog fan who loved to fish, watch movies and listen to music.
