Mr. Randy Gordon

Mr. Randy Gordon , Tennille, Georgia, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023 at AU Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. Funeral services were held on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at Georgia Grove Baptist Church with Pastor W. Roy Grissom, Jr. officiating.

He was born on May 28, 1958 to the parentage of  Ms. Ruth Elaine Gordon. .

Randy was educated in the Washington County School System graduating with the class of 1976. He was employed with Chrysler Credit for twenty five years as a financial manager.

He was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan, and after graduating high school he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia for several years.

He was preceded in death by a sister. Mrs. Darenda Boyd of Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Mr. Gordon leaves cherished memories to his mother: Ms. Ruth Elaine Gordon of Tennille, Georgia; one daughter: Ms. Latonya Holsey of Sandersville, Georgia; one sister: Ms. Hazel Stephens of Sandersville, Georgia; uncles: Mr. Bernard (Nancy) Gordon of Calhoun, Georgia, Mr. Coleman (Annie) Gordon of Boston, Massachusetts, Mr. Ronnie Pledge of Tennille, Georgia; aunts: Ms. Carolyn Miller of Miami, Florida, Mrs. Mattie Lee (Isaac) Bivens of Harrison, Georgia; three grandchildren: Malik Holsey, Taylor Holsey, Tanija Holsey of Sandersville, Georgia; two nephews: Leroy Boyd, Jr. of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Garren Johnson of Tennille, Georgia; devoted friend: Mr. George Henry of Marietta, Georgia; a host of other relatives and friends.
