Mrs. Edith Darden

Mrs. Edith Darden passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services were held on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Limestone Community Church. Interment was held in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Darden was born on January 1, 1932 to the parentage of the late Mr. R.T. White and Ms. Nellie S. Collier.

At an early age she joined Limestone A.M.E. Church.

Mrs. Darden attended the public schools of Washington County. She dedicated her time to working as a Nurses Aide for many years.

She was married to the late Mr. Nathaniel Darden.

Mrs. Darden leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter: Ms. Inez Collier; one sister: Ms. Louise White, Trenton, New Jersey; one granddaughter: Mrs. Brenda (Tommie) Dixon, Tennille, Georgia; one grandson: Mr. Timothy (Delenia) White, Killeen, Texas; one great grandson: Mr. Octavius Brown, Atlanta, Georgia; two great granddaughters: Ms. Quashaundria Williams, Hinesville, Georgia, Ms. Kennedy White, Dallas, Texas; one great great granddaughter: Ms. Shaumya Williams: Hinesville, Georgia; a host of other relatives and friends.
