Ms. Ella Pearl Jordan Hilson

Ms. Ella Pearl Jordan Hilson departed this life on Friday, April 12, 2024 at Wellstar MCG in Augusta, Georgia.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. Camp Spring Baptist Church, Sandersville, Georgia with Rev. Darrell Mitchell officiating. Interment was held in the church cemetery.

Ms. Hilson was born May 31, 1951 in Sandersville, Georgia to the parentage of the late Mrs. Christine and Mr. Valine Jordan.

She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Camp Spring Baptist Church. She attended the public schools of Washington County, graduating with the class of 1971.

Ms. Hilson was dedicated and passionate about doing the programs for her church. She also enjoyed shopping with two of her besties: Mrs. Joyce Dixon and Mrs. Lillie Pearl Spikes.

She was preceded in death by one sister: Mrs. Shirley Williams and two brothers: Mr. Clifford Jordan and Mr. Leslie Jordan.

Ms. Hilson leaves to cherish her memories, her beloved daughter: Ms. Tracey Jordan of Sandersville, Georgia; two grandsons whom she loved dearly: Mr. Rustavius (Teonsha) Brown of Wilmington, North Carolina, Mr. David Brown, Jr. of Sandersville, Georgia; three brothers: Mr. Sammie Jordan, Sr. of Sandersville, Georgia, Mr. Ricky (Kirsten)  Jordan of Waldorf, Maryland, Mr. Charlie (Sheron) Brown, Augusta, Georgia; two aunts: Mrs. Lena Mae Martin, Mrs. Cora Mae Jordan of Sandersville, Georgia; two devoted nieces: Ms. Karlecia Williams of Sandersville, Georgia, Mrs. Michelle (Jacori) Livingston, of McDonough, Georgia; devoted nephew: Mr. Chase Armstrong of McDonough, Georgia devoted friends: Mrs. Joyce Dixon, Mrs. Lillie Pearl Spikes, Mrs. Maudie Wright, Ms. Nakesha Poole, Minister Myrtle Maze, Mr. Deon Hood, Mr. Walter Jordan; a host of other relatives and friends. M.
