Ms. Mindy Johnson

Ms. Mindy Johnson, passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. Graveside services were held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Henry L. Tanner officiating.

Ms. Johnson was born on February 24, 1980 in Ft. Ord, California to the parentage of Mr. Ralph Johnson and the late Mrs. Connie Jean Johnson.

She attended the public schools of DeKalb County. Mindy was a member of Girl Scouts of America, and a member of the band at McNair High School where she played clarinet. She was a member of Mt. Zion Second Baptist Church, Atlanta, Georgia.

Ms. Johnson leaves to cherish her memories, one son: Mr. Marqavius Jermain Johnson; one daughter: Ms. Markecia Denise Johnson; devoted father: Mr. Ralph Johnson, Jr.; one brother: Mr. Jermain Johnson; four aunts: Mrs. Edith Mills, Mrs. Rose (Smokey) Swainer, Ms. Lenora Johnson, Mrs. Nina Hodges; four uncles: Mr. Lee Author (Sharon) Johnson, Mr. Donald (Faye) Johnson, Mr. Harold Johnson, Mr. Ransom Coleman; god father: Mr. Eugene Arnold; two great aunts; a host of other relatives and friends.
