Ms. Tyneshia "Nell" Mills

Ms. Tyneshia Mills, affectionately known as "Nell", passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Emory University Hospital. Graveside services were held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at Holly Spring Baptist Church with Rev. Forrest Lester officiating.

The race is not giving to the swift but to the one that

endures to the end. Surely our Tyneshia Mills fought a

good fight. Romans 8:37 FINISH STRONG!! Ms. Tyneshia Mills, affectionately known as “Nell” departed this life on July 22, 2021 at Emory University following an extended illness.

Tyneshia was born on July 29, 1976 to the parentage of

Sherry Woods and the late Mr. Charles Mills Sr. She was a graduate of Washington County High School Class of 1995. She attended Sandersville Technical College where she graduated in 2008 earning her Cosmetology License. She always kept a smile on her face. She kept the faith and believed in God’s word. She was known for having a “heart of gold.”

Ms. Mills is survived by three children: Ms. Stanquonesha T. Jackson, Dexter, Georgia, Mr. Xaveion S. Mills, Ms. Brittney Brantley, Sandersville, Georgia; mother: Ms. Sherry Woods, Sandersville, Georgia; siblings: Prophet Tyrone (Shomankia) Mills, Dublin, Georgia, Mr. Brandon (Yieka) Mills, Ms. Shanerka Wilcher, Augusta, Georgia, Mr. Charles Mills, Jr. Wadley, Georgia, Ms. Sharica (Joseph) Nair, Keysville, Georgia; devoted companion: Mr. Michael Brantley, Sandersville, Georgia; three grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
